The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets had a clear top offensive line target for the 2013 recruiting cycle, Tri-Cities offensive lineman Shamire DeVine. The four-star Georgia native dominated the Rivals/VTO Sports Camp tour stop in Marietta and he pledged to help head coach Paul Johnson's vaunted triple option offense when he committed to the Yellow Jackets' head coach on Wednesday.
