OSU hits another pothole on road
Except for one stretch in the second half, it just never seemed like Oklahoma State was too interested in fighting Oklahoma for a Bedlam victory.
And because of a slow start, the Cowboys chased the Sooners up and down the court all night long as OU defeated OSU 67-60 at the Lloyd Noble Center in Norman on Wednesday night.
The first half saw another slow start for OSU (18-5 overall, 4-4 Big 12). The Sooners jumped out to an early 6-2 lead after a slam from Longar Longar. In the first three minutes of the game, the Pokes made only one of their first seven shots.
OSU just never really got on track in the early going, as they chased the Sooners (14-8, 5-4) the entire first frame.
The ugly got worse when Marcus Dove suffered an ankle injury and left the game, shortening up an already Danny DeVito-esqe bench. He would later return, however.
