No one could blame true freshman Russell Westbrook if he would have lost some confidence after his 1-11 performance in UCLA's loss to West Virginia a week ago. The young man faced the media with his head on high and you got the feeling that he was going to turn his Morgantown experience into something positive.

Westbrook handled some very direct questions that could make some people sullen and defensive, instead he was patient and his answers were honest.
