Shooters always come at a premium in college basketball and that will be the ticket that Stacy Waters punches en route to the next level. The 6-foot-3 guard from Detroit (Mich.) Renaissance showed off his skill set behind the arc and earned a couple of mid-major offers this spring.

Oklahoma, Penn State, Fordham, Bradley, Virginia Commonwealth (offer), Youngstown State (offer) and Wright State (offer) are all heavily involved, Waters said, and a Big Ten school is making quite the impression.
