Rightly or wrongly, the University of Southern California has been associated with "big" wide-receivers since Mike Williams burst on the scene in 2001.

But if the NFL Scouting Combine was any indicator, the trend for "prototypical" NFL wide-outs is not 6-foot-5, 230-pounds, it's 6-foot-2, 205-pounds with blazing speed.
