Wiggins scores career-high 41 points in loss

Facing a 25-point deficit with 16:42 remaining in the second half of Saturdays road contest against West Virginia (17-14; 9-9), No. 8 ranked Kansas (23-8; 14-4), behind a career-high 41 points from freshman Andrew Wiggins, mounted a furious comeback. Bill Self, long out of timeouts, watched as his team battled to within four points of the Mountaineers in the closing seconds of the final regular season game of the year.
