Lightfoot ready to end recruitment
Three-star power forward Mitch Lightfoot will announce his decision on Saturday. Jayhawk Slant has the very latest on Lightfoot.
Mitch Lightfoot, the 6-foot-8, 210-pound power forward from Gilbert (AZ) Christian High School has reached the final stage of his recruitment. Coming off official visits to Stanford (5/28), Utah (9/3), Kansas (9/18), St. John's (10/2) and Arizona (10/10), Lightfoot will go public with his decision on Saturday at the 17th Annual Arizona Preps Fall Showcase.

Following his in-home visit with Kansas in September, Lightfoot provided Jayhawk Slant with an inside look at his time with Kansas head coach Bill Self and his staff. Minutes after his official visit to Kansas was complete, Lightfoot, once again, provided Jayhawk Slant with a complete update.
Just minutes ago, Jayhawk Slant spoke to John Ortega, Director of Operations of the Arizona Power AAU organization.
