Slant TV: Robinson thankful for the support

For sophomore Thomas Robinson, Saturdays nationally televised game between No. 6 ranked Kansas (20-1; 5-1) and Kansas State (14-8; 2-5) couldn't have been scripted any better. After missing the Colorado game this past week to return home for the funeral of his mother, Lisa Robinson, Thomas, after a slow start, erupted for 15 points in the second half of KU's 90-66 rout of in-state rival KSU.

In all, the 6-foot-9, 237-pound forward from Washington, DC, scored 17 points, grabbed nine rebounds and, most imporntly, had a special message for all his supporters.
