The Kansas Jayhawks are going to add one of the most talented receivers they’ve ever had on campus in Daylon Charlot. Moments ago he announced he was headed to Kansas.

He announced earlier in the week he was transferring from Alabama. He played as a true freshman for the Tide. Before his freshman year Nick Saban described Charlot as “very, very talented.”

Coming out of Patterson High in Louisiana Charlot was rated the ninth best receiver in the country and was a four-star prospect. He held offers from Alabama, LSU, Notre Dame, Mississippi State, Arizona, and Arizona State.

He was selected to play in the Under Armour All-American game, where he returned a punt 54 yards for a touchdown.

Charlot was ranked the 78th overall player in the nation coming out of the 2015 class. We will have much more later on Charlot transferring to Kansas.
